I am Dr Mohsin Raj Mantoo. I have done my MBBS from GMC Srinagar where I was the topper of my batch. I did my MD from AIIMS, New Delhi. My ranks in PG entrances were AIR 16 (AIIMS) and AIR 11 (PGI) in July 2017. I am now a DM cardiology fellow at AIIMS New Delhi. I was the all India topper (AIR 1) in all three super speciality entrance exams (NEET SS, AIIMS, PGI).

The list of branches discussed in the video is not complete because the intent of the video is how you should think about choosing the branch, how to stay happy with it and when to take a drop. Every clinical branch (including ones which I have not discussed here like psychiatry, radiotherapy, etc) and courses like diplomas will make sense depending on what u want finally in life. Rest assured you will not stay poor in any branch and happiness is a way to live and think. I have seen toppers choosing branch of their choice and later landing in depression due to dislike for the nature of work. Best wishes ❤

You know what doc.. I got into this field because I saw how much the doctor (first generation doctor) earns and lives a happy life.. Money = happiness.. Money is what I see and you got no downs in this field like engineering.. It's evergreen field.. Diseases never end..

General Medicine is the best of all branches I got it from bankura medical clg last time it's really good
Most important u can open ur clinic in your city and can earn by ourself so no tension of a fixed job
Just a room with a fan and light, one table two chairs u can rent a roadside shop or u can start in our house as well

Sir i want work life balance but i scored 4410 rank. I would not get radio or derma..
Now i'm confused.
i don't want too much hectic life. I love obg but fear of taking this branch due to hectic life. Should i take obg or not

ICU job is too hectic. Vulnerable to extreme burn out. Initially it wd cause a lot of charm wth adrenaline rush. More the days go u wd experience burn out due to extreme demanding nature of jobs.

I have 2 doubts regarding dnb---
1.now in hospitals md speciality person is preferred over dnb, does this person is not prefered even after doing dm(superspeciality) over other md+dm person????
2.in government a dnb speciality person cannot become professor or hod, if this person after doing dm superspeciality also cannot become professor or hod????
Please clarify these doubts which helps in choosing md or dnb sir😊

Sir i believe this was my best attempt and i got 20k rank which i was not expecting at all ... (I desperately want radioDx) Now I'm in shock wheather i should take radioDx from a private college or opthal from a govt clg ??
