The sentential connective for disjunction is explained, and the rule for its application is derived from its corresponding truth table. The distinction between inclusive and exclusive disjunction is explored, and one of DeMorgan's equivalences (the logical equivalence of a negation of a disjunction and the conjunction of two negations) is introduced.
