The Hamilton Ross Group is a family-run business operating for 90+ years, with experience in sales, servicing, parts and hire of new and second-hand machinery and equipment from leading brands in Agricultural, Groundcare, Construction, Garden Power, Forestry & Arb, and Animal Health.
Comprised of dealerships Hamilton Brothers and R&R Machinery, we operate from six strategically located depots across the Central Belt of Scotland in Bishopton, Tarbolton, Campbeltown, Perth, Lanark and Cupar.
The group currently employs over 140 people who benefit from a friendly atmosphere in a long-established business embedded in the local communities and other tangible perks such as company pension and employee discount.

An apprenticeship will give you the chance to get hands-on experience while receiving your education in blocks of training at college. While working alongside your peers, you will be mentored by senior engineers. Every new recruit will be given ongoing training to make sure they are up to date with the manufacturers’ latest machinery and standards.
