you need an extra dab at the end and tail the amps off slower, even run back a ripple or two, the fish eye at the end isnt good .. other than that, Ive seen worse, what rod are you using 5056 or 5554 ?

Nice weld man, is there any harm in grinding down all the welds so it looks as if it’s not been welded?

What is your choice of tig rod for this repair

Just cos theres more metal doesnt mean its stronger, you learn that in college, a weld can only be so strong and say you cap the weld its not giving any structural integrity its just covering the filler so no oxidisation happens after welding

When you prepped the wheel you should of made a ‘V’ in it as the lip part is almost 10mm thick and no matter how high your amps your not going to get full penetration and it’ll crack again and again! Otherwise good effort!

Biggest waste of time ever, don't bother getting them welded lads, iv been there and they will just keep cracking.

Just going to crack either side of the weld, the weld is much stronger amd harder than the cast metal so it has no give in it compared to the rest of the wheel

You don’t weld cracked wheels. That’s just disgusting to put peoples lives in jeopardy.
