WC3 TFT had a pandaren monk hero in it. That game was in 2003. DreamWorks made Kung Fu Panda in 2008. Yeah Blizzards got their own time traveling device and they DID copy it =O You are all so smart for figuring it out!

@olesto no they were not, it was added as a bonus character in one of the campaign missions in the frozen throne (expansion pack), for completing a secret puzzle in one of the levels.
and it was added as a custom hero in multiplayer, a highly loved one at that

thats scary... i was at dreamworks litterally 2 days ago! my uncle works there and he gave me a tour. But you 2 being there the next day is just such a weird coincedence!

@MyCrownOfWorms Acutally, they had planned for Pandarens to be playable in Burning Crusade. They made a full player model as well, but scrapped it as they wanted to include Draenei to be a parrellel to Blood Elves. So there!

yeh pandarens were a race that was used in april's fool jokes back when they were making wc3. and in tft they added the brewmaster. samwise has always been a big fan of panas and had MANY art works on panda monks for ages. hoping it was going to be implemented. since hes top blizzard guy with metzen and others. they finally did it. im glad rly. plus everyone wanted blasmasters, melee healers and drunken brewmaster tanks. so yay

@ThatPianoGuy1313 monks have been the rave of all new games lately. It's no surprise that blizzard added them to d3 and now are also including them in WoW.

@Vidzstreamer They offered beta keys to all their games, pets, codes, a magazine subscription, and a pet store.

Blizzard bundles aren't anything new. =)

Also, in my opinion at least, the expansion looks good for what we're seeing a year in advance. Looks a bit more like classic.

@McBlemmen I don't see anything wrong with taking an April Fool's joke and fleshing it out with a complete lore and gameplay because most Warcraft III players wanted them.
