I just need something other than the crappy oem lifters that fail and take out the cam. Will these work?

c'mom man, address the Hemi not getting oil at idle and lower speed. cams wipe out easier on 5.7

You should the oil ports through the oil channel rolled Grove, and one hole that connects the ports that leads to roller and bearing/s end, and then flare the hole on the roller end a 1/16 th of an inch depth and diameter. That way the oil coming out of the end will a cone pattern the will allow the oil to hit roller and bearing/s!!!!
