Walking in KUSADASI, Turkey - 4K

Kuşadası is a coastal resort town in Turkey, located on the Aegean Sea. It has about 115,000 residents, though the population swells with tourists in summer. Kuşadası is a major stop for cruise ships, where visitors can stroll along the lively seafront promenade and marina, lined with hotels and restaurants. Just offshore, Pigeon Island offers a glimpse of history with its walled Byzantine castle, once a town guardian, now connected to the mainland by a scenic causeway.

We start our walk on Güvercinada, or Pigeon Island, featuring a small fortress and connected to the mainland by a causeway.

We stroll around the seafront promenade and later along the town’s shopping streets where tourists go for local goods and souvenirs. We see much of the city center and end our tour after sunset.
