Ray McGovern was forcibly removed from Capitol Hill yesterday for protesting Gina Haspel.

Ray wiped his ass with pacman here. pacman said nothing substantive. he just kept saying things were confirmed. Ray brought up actual substance.

This was a great discussion and Ray McGovern provided some interesting insights.

David Pakman is the mouthpiece of mainstream news. It is imperative to read outside the box (NYT, Washington Post). Recommend for starters: Ray McGovern web site, Consortium news, Robert Parry, Joe Lauria, William Blum, Stanley Cohen.

David is only interested if Trump colluded with Russia, when Hillary is mentioned: “that’s not what we are talking about now”

Isn’t McGovern part of that group of ex-intel professionals who warned us back in 2002-2003 that the “Iraq has WMD’s” claim was totally without merit?

Basically the whole summary : "David, what do you think of XYZ? You probably don't know because you're not CIA experienced. But what do you think?"

"I think that's wholly unrelated to what in the hell we're talking about, or have been talking about for the last 40 minutes."

"During a 2011 speech at George Washington University (GW) by then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, McGovern stood with his back turned during her remarks, blocking the view of some of the audience and media for about five minutes in "silent protest" of Clinton's foreign policy" - and that should tell you all you need to know.

CIA dude just dodges the topics, goes off on tangents, talks about reputation (useless), and all and all frames his "argument" with double speak.

McGovern's shameless use of rhetorics is frankly annoying and pathetic.

This "ex" CIA guy kinda creeps me out. He sounds sociopathic to me. Is that like a requirement to be in the CIA?

David: *states a fact based claim and supports it with evidence*
Ray: “Well the important thing was that I had an onion on my belt, which was the style at the time...”

I like how David even thought he was up to par to handle a debate with a champ like Ray. Ray actually worked for the CIA/NSA and know how the insides work. David only has others reports to go on. What a poor match, completely out of his league compared to Ray. 😂😂😂

The comments here are wild. Looks like most of these folks haven’t even bother to read VIPS’ memos, the documents Wikileaks released or the govt’s reports on this. So sad.

CIA guy offered only speculation. I mean, it's pretty juicy speculation, but speculation non the less. David was actually going by the established facts. In this case, while I find the CIA guys assertions tantalizing, Occam's razor must win out.

I do find it a little weird the CIA guy opened his argument with speculation, where as David spoke on the things we know for sure

I enjoy when experts provide information based on their expertise & people reject it because it doesn't line up with their narrative or they don't have the expertise of the experts attempting to educate them.

Keep in mind that when Ray McGovern left the CIA the USSR still existed, so he does not have a status that is going to allow him access to any information about the Russian Federation
