this is a great video Karl, you should use this more often in your marketing material. I know the synthetic dragon & PL5 have outperformed the sp500 long term but sometimes in other videos it sounds as if it was lower drawdowns at the expense of lower returns, kinda like those scammy "insurance/investment" products where they try to manipulate people praising how they limit your drawdowns but barely mention how they cap them on bull years so those products vastly underperform just buying and holding the SP&500 long term.

As Warren said:
The rules of investing are
1. Don't lose money
2. Never forget rule nr 1.

Karl, trading SPX options in the Premier Level 5 system has faverable tax perferences over standand options, is that correct? If so what are the tax diffrences, for example, I pay 38% for capital gains on short trade options.

A lot of these fake gurus keep on emphasising the role of risk management (stoploss and target) and psychology in trading. I've never understood how can following 1:2 risk:reward and having a positive outlook make you consistently profitable if you aren't already.also you don't mention these two anywhere . What are your thoughts on stop loss, profit target and psychology ?
