Converting Rasters to Integer in ArcGIS Pro with Standard Rounding

It's not uncommon that we need to convert a raster layer - such as elevation - to integer format for further processing, use in other software or comparison with external outputs in integer format. The problem is that all of the native tools in ArcGIS Pro either truncate the values (Int), round everything up or round everything down, rather than rounding up or down from 0.5 as most of us tend to do.
