I can relate to this. I was in love with a girl once, and I tried as best as I could to be the bigger person and show that I’m responsible. I never even did anything wrong and always tried to do everything right. But despite that, she chose to lie to me about why we can’t be together anymore in order to try sparing my feelings. But it didn’t work because I still found out the truth and it was brutal. Then she left me forever. Then, I thought of this sentence and wrote it down in my journal. I said to myself “Tell my what’s my purpose? Guess I don’t have an answer. All because I was into a girl.” Of all the songs I listened to in this album, (because i liked a boy) really inspired me. It inspired me so much, I came up with a similar sentence from some of the lyrics in it.
