Triple P Bass Comparison - Fender vs Squier vs Ibanez

This video compares the sound of my P Basses from 3 different manufactures, these are:

-Fender Limited Edition Redline P Bass - 2017 Mexico
-Squier Matt Freeman Signature P Bass - 2010 China
-Ibanez Gio GSRM20 miKro PJ Bass - 2018 Indonesia

All are ran through an Ampeg BA-110 amp into Audacity with the following settings:

-Scrambler: Disabled
-15dB: Disabled
-Volume: 2
-Bass: 3
-Mids: 6
-Treble: 6

Volume and Tone are at full on all basses, the J pickup on the Ibanez is turned off.

First a short fingerstyle riff is played on each bass. My playing isn't the cleanest, but this actually helps highlight how much finger noise each bass picks up, then a short extract of Blink-182's "She's Out of Her Mind" is played with a pick to show how each bass sounds when played hard, this helps to highlight how much fret and pick noise is picked up by each bass.

I have to admit I have a Squire P Bass and it's one hell of a value. It stacks up well enough against the competition.
