For those who's having the same bug as mine so apparently

U got all the 3 plates and when u go on the fourth u can't fight the guards yet

You need to do is go back on the third plate, then investigate it again you will get the task to talk to soraya

If you’re stuck with “this mechanism won’t activate” it’s because you only have 3 plates...you need to collect 4 plates before going to the last ruins

The best way to defeat the 3 ruin guards is to lead them into the water. They will drown, it’s a fast and easy way to win! Hope this helped!

The fourth one in the video was actually the fifth one, you need to find four jade plates and then do the ruin guards. Look closely to the locations of the jade plates, it has a darker outline, and then look at the map there's four jade plate like locations. Don't go far, two jade plates at guili plains, one near luhua pool, and one near wangshu inn.
