I got a jet black 128i a year ago. In the past year, I replaced my side marker lights with smoke lenses, tinted my windows noticeably darker, and painted my silver wheels gloss black. Then I noticed my rubber tires weren’t as black as the rest of my car, so I have to apply Tire Shine to the tires after every two or three washes (about every two weeks) to keep the tires nice and black. Now my car looks so.... executive! I love it! I also replaced all exterior lighting with LEDs except my HIDs and the cornering lights and the angel eyes. My Lux angel eyes bulbs have been sitting in my cart for about three months because I can’t get myself to spend $200 on a single pair of light bulbs!

Aftermarket parts can lower the vehicles value. Just a thought to keep in mind. However you made some great choices. The wrap is a great Mod because it can be resorted to factory very easily.

i didnt know that 3 series from bmw are luxury and executive style. For me 3 series are sporty, teen budget kind. 5 series is buisness class, comofort and more of a family car. 7 Series is premium type for higher social class, rich people who love them selfs more than anything. Btw nice car and cool video!

Got mine second hand too. LCI. Good thing the grill was already black(old owner must have painted) and pretty much no chrome on the car. I too hate the chrome accents. But usually the first mods I do are lights and wheels. So LED angel eyes and interior. cant stand old yellow halogens. Then got black wheels. Gonna install after market infotainment since no idrive. Next will be bumper! Holding off on lowering springs because we have moon craters on the road LOL
