Suspect identified in violent South Bay crime spree

Authorities identified the suspect accused of killing three people and wounding three others in the South Bay, as 31-year-old Kevin Parkourana.

He has been convicted of multiple felonies in the past. I hope those convictions are closely reviewed, and we get answers as to why he was released and WHO made the call to set him loose!
