High Speed Launch LV2.3 October 17, 2010

PSAS successfully launched "Launch Vehicle No. 2.3" (LV2's third airframe) with a roll control module and "spin can" on Sunday October 17th, 2010 at Oregon Rocketry's (OROC) Brothers' launch site. On-site video analysis confirmed that the roll control module and spin can worked!
