A digital inclusion project to support the economic and social integration of Indigenous refugee populations in Roraima, Brazil. Indigenous artisans displaced from Venezuela produce handcrafted items to generate income, but face difficulties selling their products. This project – implemented by UNHCR together with Serviço Jesuíta a Migrantes e Refugiados – championed the economic integration of 19 Indigenous-run businesses by enabling them to promote their handcrafts online and thereby access digital livelihoods. Supported by UNHCR Innovation's Digital Inclusion Fund, the project's design, development, and implementation involved the full participation of the community.
