To be fair though I’d say St GODA the wise… he’s clearly changed the world and characters and also created the god fruit power of Nika to exist in our boy… so… St Oda for the uninitiated has clearly moved heaven earth and probably the underworld so he could have the perfect destiny and even life choices…
We all know he isn’t even the protagonist without eating the one piece in chapter one… I mean the thing that probably makes him the dude who can make use of the one piece or create it or whatever the twist is at the end…

But it’s a long list of saviours though Buggy recognition is always a fine idea with the amount people underestimate his effect on the world around him… even when unintentional…
