Eri quirk is a stockpiling quirk that need to stock energy to rewind she can’t rewind all might 20 years ago with the energy she stocked now
In fact when she rewinded mirio she was not only stocking power for months but also training to use it correctly
So yeah her power is good but need to stockpile energy to work wich is unlike deku one for all stockpiling is able to be consumed

Its also because of the fact that Eri's quirk depends on stockpiling. She already used up the stored quirk in her horn during the Overhaul Arc, explaining why it reduced in size after wards.

Infact, she had to train for months before actually being able to rewind Mirio's body.

Later on, it is mentioned in the final arc of MHA. When everyone watched Midoriya fighting Shigaraki, Eri wanted to send something as help as she couldn't be present on her own. With Ectoplasm's help, she broke her horn and passed it to Aizawa, who took it to the battlefield. It was said that the amount could rewind only a few minutes back.

She will heal him eventually but he wont have his power back, hell be just healthy and die of old age without coughing blood.
