I really like the method of instruction of this video. You are a true master of your craft and we are all privileged to be able to see you do this and try and replicate these creations. That being said, please bring back more variety of dishes to your channel like in times past. It's been a long time since you showed us something incredible to do with a steak, some pasta dough (like that incredible tri color ravioli update). We've seen you utilize such similar things in recent updates that, while incredible, is a little stale as far as variety. Thank you for sharing your art with us and making us all better cooks and know I only say this as a true fan with the utmost respect.
