PM Rishi Sunak vows to tackle migrant crisis after meeting with Macron

RISHI Sunak today vowed he has “renewed confidence and optimism” that Britain can strike a deal with France to stop small boats.

The PM met with his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron for the first time this morning at COP27 in Egypt.

I am the son of an immigrant parent (I am British Egyptian). I honestly think we need to focus on our citizens first, with the increase in energy prices, and lack of mental health treatment in general but especially for our returning heroes that served, the homeless and the strain on the NHS, we need to cut aid and redirect that money back into the U.K. I know my saying this and being mixed race might raise some eyebrows but we have to do better... Just my opinion, does not mean it is correct.
