Hey y'all, welcome back to the channel! Today we are taking a neighborhood drive-through tour of Barton Hills and Zilker in the 78704 zip code in Austin, Texas. This is a highly sought-after neighborhood of Austin because of its close proximity to downtown, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and other local amenities. Currently, the prices range from the upper 800s to 6 million for an almost 6000 square foot home. I had some appointments in South Austin on this day, so I thought I'd show you this neighborhood. I like to show different price points and neighborhoods so you can see the wide variety of options that are available in Austin depending on your preferences, budget, and needs.
