It's cool when you actually read on why this is done the way it's done. The science of coffee/espresso is pretty crazy, and it's clear in the taste. I don't drink coffee or anything often but I'm down for tastings to try different things. The calm and passion behind someone enjoying this for pleasure and not business puts it on a different level too. I prefer espesso I think, I don't like being bloated with a ton of fluid and sugars as I drink a lot of water (mild diabetic). But those times I get forced an additional 6 hrs on an already 12 hr shift a few sips of a smooth hit of creamy espresso fixes everything lol.

Hey, love the videos dude! So relaxing

I use the brevile barista express machine, and I wanna change from the the stock prep tools to one of the brands, what do you advise?
I know each brand got it's own advantages and it's at the end subjective for everyone

However, I don't have the budget to try them all, I am pretty sure there is one specific brand at least or two that stands out in general from the others i.e. ( norm, crema, ikape, etc.)

The above is regarding the prep tool, as for the basket, I was thinking to go with the IMS but after your videos I am leaning towards normcore baskets more.

I would be really curious to know what the ball that the espresso drops on to is for. I also wonder how much that whole setup costs. My guess is a pretty penny.
