Celtic Worship is a collective of some of Scotland’s most talented folk musicians who craft worship from a unique standpoint, blending traditional and contemporary Christian music with the sounds of their native roots. Initially coming together as a one-off band for an event in 2017, Celtic Worship have since become established trailblazers in the Celtic Christian sphere; revisiting old hymnal treasures and writing new Scottish ecclesiastical music marked by the sound of their cultural and historical context. I was a drug addicted preachers daughter who was saved at 7 but as a teen ran from the church into drugs and alcohol. After finding redemption from that I ran to spirituality, rituals, and New Age practices, Islam, Buddhism, Hindu, etc. And one night in my bedroom with no preacher and no church I felt the spirit of Jesus come and hold me after I had been having a tough time with my parents, and I knew it was Jesus. So, I picked up the Bible for the first time in a long time the very next day and within a few weeks I was baptized by the Holy Spirit in my front yard on a sunny Thursday. I had prayed a prayer and surrendered a problem to Jesus and it was immediately answered an hour later. The feeling I felt I can’t explain in words… it felt like 100 emotions at once, I couldn’t breathe, I was crying but felt like laughing and jumping for joy, and I felt so much love and gratitude I thought my chest would explode. I have only felt like that two other times in my life, and that’s when I held my sons in my arms for the first time. Jesus is real… the Holy Spirit is real. And for anyone reading this that is questioning or struggling I have a message for you… Jesus is waiting on you at your wound, because on the other side of your wound is your gift… your purpose. Love you all… thank you Jesus 🙏❤️

I didn't come to Jesus after a lifetime of heresy or debauchery. I've always loved him because my Mother raised me so. I never lived through a war or been poor or starving, I've never done anything really bad or had anything really bad happen to me. So, I don't have an interesting story to tell, but I still know he holds the future and life is worth the living just because he lives.

I am African living in South Korea. I have not been church in over 3 years but for some reason this Sunday (Easter 2023) i got a feeling to find a church go, I didn’t even know it was Easter as it is not widely celebrated here. After the pastor’s sermon they started singing this song the Hymn version, and omg I couldn’t contain myself, the words really touched me I had to search my favorite lines “Because he lives, I can face tomorrow” on YouTube and I have been listening since yesterday. God is great. This line really comforts me.

By age 26, I was weighed down with the burden of my sins. One evening I dropped to my knees and asked God if I could be “forgiven & saved”. He “unburden” me! 😉 I’m a couple of months from turning 83. I haven’t always been faithful, but He has always been faithful. I’m at the end of the road of a blessed life and will soon stand before Him.
