I like that they painted it in "go away green".

Loch Ness Monster at BGW does this too, and many other old Arrow/Vekoma loopers do it too

It actually works because of a pulley they have at the opposite end of the maintenance bay. they attach it to the back of the train, and slowly lower it into the maintenance area. This way they can tow the train back up as well. If you look at the tracks closely, you can see a wide wheel in between the track so the rope doesn't get damaged.

Iron Dragon at Cedar Point has the same thing. Looks even more odd because it's suspended.

A bunch of classic Arrow coasters including Loch Ness Monster have the same transfer track style.

It's so the mechanics can have some fun getting the train in the bay lol

Oh my god I cannot tell you how much I love Python’s track style with the new age Vekoma Track…😮😮

It works like the pulling up for a Vekoma boomerang old model. It has a hinge. And also python in Efteling has a traffic light at the start like why?😂😂

Personally I think that lightning rod at Dollywood has the most interesting maintenance bay, with it being below the station and using a elevator switch track

The Big One at Blackpool has an interesting maintanence bay too... it's under the station, so the station is triple height. You board at the second level and when they need to do maintanence, they raise the main station track to the third level, bringing the maintanence track up, then lower it back down again. Probably easier to draw than explain! 😂
