I think I saw an issue. The small SUV towing the trailer may have had his mirrors without tow mirror extensions. He may have been unable to see easily behind him with a wider trailer than his vehicle. (Good eye?) Plus, the pickup truck who ran into the trailer should have slowed down to let the pulling trailer in since there was a flashing caution vehicle in the right lane. All traffic must slow down and get away from the worker-emergency vehicle! It is the law.
