Crows are one of the smartest creatures in the animal kingdom! We all know that's for a reason.

In fairness, though, Crows have talons and can grip easily to the edge of the ledge whereas the seagulls have webbed feet which barely grip at all, certainly not to the edge of the ledge.
That's why you never see seagulls in trees due to the uneven surface that they can't grip onto. They need a flat surface, and yes, the window ledge is flat, but they don't want to land on it, its too dangerous, its just a fly by.

Well it's a different in their feet. Crows have clawed feet and seagulls have webbed feet. The poor baby tried. 😢😂

This gave me a real belly laugh. There's lots of funny videos and I'll smile at most or if especially good, I'll chuckle quietly. But this one out and out cracked me up. Dont know if I'm in a particularly good mood but thank you for the laugh.

The path from where they came was different and that made the difference, the seagull came from above and that is why its beak could not capture the food, on the other hand the crow came from facing the food and it made it easier to grab it.

Yes but a Crow wouldn't manage as well as the Seagull if they were at the seaside, maybe trying to catch a fish? Or stealing someones chips? 🤔😊

The crow might win here, but seagulls will take food right out of your hand. That's why Publix sells "subsafes" in Florida near the beaches. 😂

To be fair, Seagulls are not meant to be city dwellers, doing city bird kinda things. And crows are exceptionally intelligent. Now, put a crow out over the ocean and ask it to pluck fish from the water beside a Seagull and you'll see a reversal of skill sets.
