Job Processor is a tool that helps relieve the strain of creating visualization files on the end user's computer on check in, and many of our customers are not taking advantage of it. On this week's AVA we'll go over what the Autodesk Vault job Processor is able to do and how to configure it. Some examples of the different jobs include:

-Creating Visualization Files on Check in and on demand
-Creating PDFs through the Job Processor
-Using Lifecycle transitions to trigger some of these events in the Job Processor

Great video (together with your PDF setup video)! Can you create a PDF each time a file is checked in. but stays in "Work In Progress" state (no lifecycle state change). It would then get a name like "filename_R01_va" (Revision 1, Version a).pdf

Can you run a server and 3 vault pro clients, and run the job processor on those 3 clients simultaionsly, so you don't need a 4th license just for the job processor to run on a 4th machine (as it requires a Vault pro license)? jobs are done by 3 workstations and (hopelully) equal divided.
