Sirens are a part of Greek mythology. They lived on a specific island and whenever a boat past by they would fly over it and start singing. Their sing was able to brainwash sailors making them want to abandon their boat and go live on the island with the sirens. But the sirens wouldn't welcome them like they made sailors think. After a sailor stepped a foot on the island the sirens would grab them and eat them. Even though sirens lived by the sea they didn't go in it. And they definitely didn't have the tail of a mermaid. They where actually half Humans half bird's. And their appearance wasn't the think that brainwashed sailors. It was their singing. So these isn't a siren and even it is I don't get why this should be creepy.
