Hi Amanda 😊 Yay! There's finally a palette from Sydney Grace that interests me! 😂 I don't get inspired by single shadows (unless curated the way you do them) or large palettes. I agree with your critiques of the palette though 💜 I'm always down for another curated palette video!

Very pretty look. SG has my favourite eyeshadow fomula and I got quite a few goodies during their sale, amongst others this palette. As they had to bundle all my purchases for International shipping, I'm still waiting for my orders. Can't wait to play with them.

I agree. A deep purple or mustard matte would have been perfect. I wondered why two similar shades of matte was chosen. It would have been nice to get some background of why they chose those shades. I got it though. The quality it’s awesome as always.

I love the quality of the Sydney Grace eye shadows, I have the Enduring Love palette and it has become my everyday go to colors. These 9 palette colors look amazing, the gold one is my favorite.

Hey cool review. I agree I skipped on this palette because it pulls too dark and too many of the shades were the same. When I think of dreams I think of more airy light colored shades like pastels or watercolors and so it didn’t appeal to me. The purple is 💜💜💜💜 though. I did pick up some singles from her after I decided to skip the palettes and the mystery bags. Ended up getting a silver grey, one - more of matte olive grey, and a golden champagne and rose gold lid toppers since I’m running low on my only champagne lid shade. I’m kinda mad I didn’t get a matte black though haha

Amanda!! Guess what? I found someone selling their Element of Surprise palette that they’d only used one for a VERY good price. Since it’s your favorite CP palette, I picked it up!! I’m so excited to try it out! I love the colors and of course I adore everything CP does, so I know I’ll love it, especially with fall coming up! Thank you for recommending it!!

I’ll have to see how similar it is to the Element of Surprise (they seem a bit similar just from what I remember) but I may have to pick this up at some point too. SG did a poll, I think on Twitter, quite a while back asking if we preferred more mattes or more shimmers. Last I looked shimmers won by a wide margin. i voted for more shimmers, too, bc.... SG SHIMMERS!!! 💜💙💚🧡 I always have mattes somewhere near, so it's not a deal breaker for me. Love the eye look :)

I agree with you Amanda. I think they could have skipped those mattes altogether and simply given us nine spectacular shimmers.

This is a STUNNING palette! Not loaded with red based purples and 5 pinks! The purples are PERFECTION! My least favorite thing is that both blending shades are peach/orange. Not sure that is a deal breaker. Having those shades makes it more universal for a variety of skin tones.

Omg! I actually bought this palette (really went in on the sale) and have been using it with the CP CA love palette - they're literally the only two palettes I have out. I feel called out but in a good way 😂
