As an IIT graduate, let me tell you, 99% if not all of people from IITs are chasing jobs. IITs can drain your passion. While there are a few clubs, they don’t really take you far. Don’t confuse correlation with causation—just because a few actors happen to be from IIT doesn’t mean IITs are producing artists. In reality, probably less than 4-5% of graduates pursue something creative like arts.

Please stop misguiding people, there are also thousands of people over here who achieved many great things without the environment of NITs and IITs. It is really great if u clear the exam but doesnt mean that u cant follow your passion without clearing it. Exams dont decide your life..
