I just paused to make a comment, you said people claim going to the Warehouse and buying lumber, is "cheating". You should cut trees and take them to the sawmill. Well, I built my own house in real life and I did NOT have to buy the I bought stuff from the "warehouse". This is a step in the right direction for the game to be able to do this. My two 'complaints" (comments, suggestions etc) were speed up the production, It took 34 months to process one field of cotton. Second, how many farmers do you know that own a grainmill, a sawmill, a spinnery....you get the point. I shouldn't have to buy the dairy because I want a quart of milk. (not complaining just explaining my view of productions, I think it could use some improvement) Thank you for taking the time to make these videos prior to release, I checked scheduled release from now is shown as 20 hrs, by then I should be a genius, It's Veterens Day here, thanks to all (in every country) who served their country.

I love rhe warehouse on 25 because to me that's realistic to purchase materials for building houses barns and so forth as you would do in real life from a builders merchant or a cement works and so forth so I love that it's the way I'll be doing it to build my farm house! As I think it's a very realistic approach just my opinion but also will use the factory's too as they are cool as well no matter what way you play we all play different and do the same tasks differently as ling as it's enjoyed who cares lets all farm in fs25 with a smile!

I like the DIY warehouse buy pieces as you can afford them. As a realism is overrated player I love the options it gives.

You really got me thinking. When I first saw the warehouse I thought to myself why would anyone buy vegetables instead of growing them, but now I realize Campbell's Soup doesn't grow their own vegetables, they buy them from farmers to make their soup. Sure you will make more profit if you grow your own, but again, that is your option.

I love the concept of building your own homestead. Love the look of the log house. I'm thinking of building that one myself.

I love the concept of the buildable structures but as they stand right now I think they need a literal shedload of rebalancing in order for them to be worthwhile endeavours, granted you're paying for and delivering the supplies (and waiting for construction) which should actually make it cheaper to do in the long run than having the construction company handle everything at express speeds (i.e. plonk a completed one down). I think what they've done is not properly converted the large scale map buildables mechanic to a much smaller scale for barns and houses and such, there's no way what a shed like that should cost that much and take that long to build and the house could definitely use some tweaking too I think.

The idea is sound but the overall implementation missed the mark for me, I do appreciate you running through a couple of these to show us and doing all the maths on the back end to show the costs. Cheers mate!

Twisters are an odd implementation of a random yield modifier.
Edit: now we wait for a test map to fill up with buildings to test destructibility.

I actually like that you can build your own buildings over time. And like you said there is a whole host of productions, that you will need to do this. I can't wait til modders make other buildings, productions, decoration, as well as machinery that you have to fix up or restore. And the Tornado damage MY GOD 😮😱🤯that I will keep on no matter what. And when your building gets destroyed you can always reconstruct it. 🤯

With the farmhouse especially, you'd buy the plot, live in the mobile home, and just buy materials as and when you afford it. I like it.
Think selling the property needs a tweek though. Ridiculous that the worth is half the initial cost. I think you should be making a profit on the total build cost.

Western wilds map with Dynamic Pastures and a Fully Buildable Ranch would be amazing. hopefully Ali3n Jim brings it to FS25

The pausing of production on the buildables, is just a glitch. Hopefully Giants fixes it soon. I didn’t notice it the first time and played another 4 hours before I saw it. It’ll have the sound of production, but the liters number will be stuck on a 999 number (I.e. needs 4000l, stuck on 3999l). You have to save and exit and then rejoin to fix it. I found the easiest thing to do is when you drop materials off, just watch the production for an additional 15 seconds. It should be past the 999 number by then

Can't wait until 1pm tomorrow when it goes live as i preordered through microsoft store for the xbox series x digital version. I absolutely love the idea of the build mode as I think it gives production chains more of a purpose to buy them so you can now use the materials to build your own buildings or use the warehouse just like a DIY store. Once again MrSealyP a fantastic how to video i know there's plenty more to come.

great to see this as a sort of story line. As there is a lot of pallets required for each step along with new greenhouses and new produce factories I am hoping the pallet limit has increased due to these new additions. I have seen the bale limit test video and was wondering if you could test the pallet limit as you are on PS5 same as me

I just noticed, when you are walking around and point your flashlight, you can see the end of the maglight in front of you. I can't wait to jump in and play. I also really like the constructable buildings.

I really like that we finally have a use for the Platinum Edition stuff. I just wonder where the hell we get rock, because there is NO way we'd ever get enough rocks from fieldwork to make that much cement stuff.
