I’m not any legal expert, but this whole ugly drama has a fishy smell to it. Lock her up for the eight guilty counts. The other three disputed counts should continue to be deliberated and can be added later. The judge doesn’t seem to be buying it and told them already.

Also, …. Investigate all jurors for any suspicious Christmas ‘bonus’ that shows up in any of the jurors accounts. If found, lock them up too.
Unfortunately there was a baby involved. Probably another manipulation by her, but Evans can deal with raising the baby.

She should come out as gender neutral, that puts her above most other people and may get a lesser sentence.
