It seems like yesterday they were testing the starhopper. Now they're starting work on the 6th and 7th prototypes.

I think SN5/6 will fly! We got this far it ended up being pad equipment that caused the explosion all the past static fires where normal!

anyone know how many sn iterations they will go through before the first operation prototype will b operational, also that scene were they're lowering the ring and you can see the metal flexing looks worrying

I noticed that when assembling each starship the rings wobble alot will this affect the structural stability or integrity of the space ships because I can imagine the amount of force that would be coming from those Raptors, and does the starships have an exoskeleton of any kind???

The “quick disconnect” you pictured looks a lot like the same pipe that had an uncontrolled methane spill (with stubborn fire) during the previous static fire.

Do all starships need to be static fired?

will you participate in the Starlink public beta?
Is it even possible for you?
If it is possible, and you will be participating, please do some Internet speed Tests or something
would be amazing

FYI, Surface of Mars is a wall to keep humans out.

Eventually they will need to put as much as they can if not all in buildings because of weather.

SpaceX may never achieve the structural integrity of their design by using conventional construction techniques. This is not to disparage the people doing the work but tankage does not typically see the shock and vibration, temperature cycling of a booster. If they increase safety factor they may lose the inert mass margin. It may be required to jig the assemblies and run computer welding. They're not building "Liberty" ships...

Hi my friend. Thx for your updates. Everything nice but your voice sounds so muffled like you talk from underneath that helmet visor. Might be a funny thing but it’s actually not a pleasure to listen to. Please can we do anything to improve that audio quality? Remove that muffled sound effect or getting you a better mic? It would improve the experience on your channel quite some, imho. Thx again. Keep going!
