It's odd how some youtubers make images of Dr. Watts as a pseudo Asian looking dude. lol. He was 100% British, by the way. Anyway, his wisdom is timeless particularly when it comes to existential suffering. He embodies the lessening of that suffering. There is a dance between oneself (Or within oneself). The union of that 'battle' or dance is nirvana, the holy spirit, etc.
