Hi guys! This cover is actually quite old - I recorded it 4 years ago! It has been lying in wait all this time because it was part of a very big project which was finally released today!

*cue fireworks*

I'm so happy I can share this song with you guys at last! There is another song of mine on the album that I will be releasing with a nice video in a few weeks :) See you then!

ABOUT THE LYRICS:

I met my friend Chaeley here on youtube quite a few years ago. She has been extremely generous in her help and advice and has assisted me in quite a few projects so far. Her specialty is Latin. When I took this song on as a project, I asked for her help in translating my lyric ideas into Latin and then re-writing them to fit the melody. She did a wonderful job! It definitely helped that she is a musician herself ^0^

ABOUT THE VIDEO:

All the artwork in the video was drawn by myself! woo hoo! But as I struggled to finish all the drawings by the release date of the album, I developed a very gnarly writer's callous.... Gonna give my hands a rest from crosshatching for a long while!

Hope you enjoy the video though! I tried to make it cute :D

I already loved the song since OCR's release, now discovering the video and it's just insanely cute! I really love the animation, its simple naivety fits so perfectly! Not only is this song beautiful and the video lovely and adorable, I can't put to words how happy I was to find your rendition of unforgettable silhouette on the tribute album. To this day IX remains my favourite of the final fantasy series, and whenever you release a song from that game it is always going to brighten my day. Thank you.
