edit: since you are likely to be up to your knees in dead moths by the time quarantine lifts, have you considered selling some of the ones that have passed away on Etsy? There is high demand from taxidermists, collectors and artists for preserved insects, and knowing the moths died peacefully of natural causes will be a selling point for a lot of people.

"LOOK AT MY GARAGE FULL OF TARANTULAS" is definitely a pick up line I've heard. These beauties are in great care and its wonderful to see someone who has a passion for them, and in fact works in conservation, caring for them in these extreme circumstances.

I found one of those moths in a city at Taco Bell drive thru! He was stuck in a puddle from rain earlier in the morning, flopping for several minutes and in threat of traffic, so I got out of my car, put him in an empty bag in my car, and took him with me to my rural area home. He was shook up but I gently got him out of the bag and came back 5 minutes later and he was gone, off into the woods. I hope he had a good life.
