@3:40 you made a sign error in the 2nd term of your KVL equation; and @3:44 you wrote down Vth = 500 volts, (I have no idea where that value came from; it isn't consistent with what one would expect even taking the foregoing sign error into account.) The correct values for this problem are: Vth = 4000 volts, and Rth = -100 k ohms. (The Thevenin resistance is negative ... but that situation can occur sometimes in real semiconductor devices under special conditions.) I don't wish to be critical but I think that it is important to the students that errors should be accounted for; so that they don't make similar ones in the future.

I am not getting 4000 as vth..20÷by0.015=1333
