Michael Afton is Still Alive (FNAF Security Breach Theory)

Funny thing is, AT LEAST Frailty mentions that remnant is apparently real crazy stuff and can regenerate near anything. So there's a good chance that, if Michael Afton really is still out there, he looks like a normal person again. I don't really like using Tales from the Pizzaplex as evidence, but I felt it actually mattered here because, y'know, this IS the dang Pizzaplex. But even if he is still a walking corpse or gets fired (applies to both), he can still try to warn everyone. As long as he was an employee, he can technically leave an employee review to dissuade anyone from getting a job there.

Honestly, i wish fnaf 6 was the end of the franchise and all of the aftons actually died, but considering how William is still alive in SB, i really like the theory that Mike is STILL trying to ruin his plans, even after the second fire. I find it really cool how Mike and Gregory could possibly be working together too, it really gives more backup and reasons for Gregory's motives as to why he wants to ruin William's plans and destroy the animatronics, because he is doing it FOR someone, someone like Mike, it's really just Michael's plans and intentions mixed together with Gregory's actions, and the true mastermind behind SB is actually Michael.

My headcanon is just that he’s the CEO, I mean who else would know about Mr hippo or Ennard?Plus with William dead Michael being the only one alive in the afton family it makes sense for him to take ownership, I don’t count this as a theory or evidence merely just an idea

I wanna start by saying I’ve seen the evidence relating to Mike being alive in SB online for a while, but it was only recently (after GGY) when I realized this was most likely the case after all.

Now that we know the identity of Patient 46 as a fact, its easier to justify BV and Elizabeth’s connections to Gregory and Vanessa, as they are/were Afton’s pawns. Whether we understood it at the time or not, the therapy CDs existed to reveal that Gregory has a significant role in the story of Afton. The fact that this storyline exists within Mike’s room implicates him in this specific plotline aswell. What role would he have if not being the one who wrote the code, thats my take at least.

Another stray piece of evidence that may or may not relate, is one of the duffle bag messages.
Vanessa reports an incident of somebody randomly calling the police from inside the building during her shift, and not knowing what’s happening. It’d be nice if more evidence existed, but I think this assailant is Mike.

I also think you articulated this idea well, biggest voice I’ve heard talk about this idea is Shycrow, but even he seems hung up on “this kind of sucks, but so does SB and modern fnaf storytelling, so its probably true”

Really solid theory.
I always had a feeling that Michael was still alive. There were too many references to him to just be a coincidence.
Let's hope this time he can end his father for good.

this theory is amazing, wow! there's so much evidence for this and it explains the FNaF 5 living room being in Security Breach a lot better than, "Someone just recreated it, just because." it always felt wrong to me that William came back but the person who's been trying to stop him for so long didn't, and this theory changes that! great theory and great video man, the editing was pretty good, especially for someone who doesn't even have 1k subs yet. keep up the good work! :)

edit: even with the Mimic Burntrap Glitchtrap theory possibly being canon, it still feels right to have Michael try to stop an entity like Burntrap/The Mimic since the theory suggests that the Mimic is trying to mimic his father.

Pretty interesting and rad theory; I like the idea about Michael trying to contact employees to warn them because that might tie in with the All Staff Meeting Massacre thing where all staff are called to one room and killed.
I also like the ideas about Michael's room being inside the Pizzaplex, but it does beg the question: How did that room get there in the first place?

I found my way here thanks to Shycrow's video, which I kind of happened to stumble upon.
I love this theory for a variety of reasons. Not the least of which is, there's next to no evidence to support that any of the glamrocks were haunted in the first place, but even less to support a Michael Afton possession.
I also think it makes a lot more sense for Michael to be at the top now (sort of) than Mrs. Afton. Considering she divorced William and would have therefore been taken out of his wills and business plans. Or would have at least had no legal claim to anything he didn't leave her specifically. But if people didn't know Michael was dead, he could have easily enough, been slotted into his father's position as CEO. Given the amount of digital communication we see coming from higher up in both the games and books, it's easy enough to assert that he could communicate entirely digitally either through email or some kind of proprietary messenger.
I also don't think he even has to have authorized an official room for himself, given how many people just seem to be squatting in the Pizzaplex; Vanny, Greggory, the Protagonist-kun from the Bobbydots (I'm sorry I think his name may have been Abe), so what's to stop Michael from using his all-access security clearance to hunker down and wait for his father to reappear...again.
The only trouble is, we don't really see any signs of life in that room, other than the exotic butters being...fresh? Not rotten? Whatever. We don't see a boneless human slithering around the sewers at night, so we can't say with absolute certainty. However, one least thing I'd like to add is that it makes far more sense for Michael to build himself a replica of his family in the basement. The ones he lost by; divorce, fatal accidents and even his own hand. And before anyone asks why his father might be there after all he's done, I would argue that it's not Springtrap he's thinking of. It's the father that he once had before all the rest of this happened. It's not about an accurate representation of his current family, it's a nostalgic longing that he'll never be able to come back to.

Michael is like William, but Michael just stays the same and doesn’t come back being a totally different person, and that Michael is nicer and didn’t get killed by children(besides his sister, that doesn’t count).

Cool theory so far, and I've also come across that evidence that Mike's still alive and getting email alerts. However, it's also possible he's not an employee of Faz Ent, but a hacker, breaking into their systems remotely to spy on them and figure out what these people who restarted the defunct brand are up to.

Given other things that seem to be going on, it's possible Mike may be a marked man if he gets physically anywhere near an FazEnt location or employee/manager who's involved in what's going on. I suspect somebody found out about Afton's old research and is trying to restart it. Having Mike, the only known living Revenant to study would be a huge boon to such research, maybe even leading to a major breakthrough.

It could be possible that mike is a technician and he worked on glamrock Freddy and made him less efficient to glitch trap

another great piece of evidence is helpy and the nightmares in vr. For helpy, only someone who was at the fnaf 6 pizzeria would know of his existence. With the nightmares being in vr, I don’t think I have to explain that one.
