This 40x60 black and white metal workshop with office space is located in Lakewood Village, Texas. This building will be finished out with office spaces and a workshop in the back. This building will serve as an office for their upcoming neighborhood.

This weld up red iron metal building includes the following key features:
-   Fully enclosed 40’x60’x16’
-   Full I-Beam framing (Standard WSB)
-   2’ overhang using reverse PBR panel making the soffit look modern and aesthetically appealing
-   26 Gauge PBR panel
- Back and White Colors
- Galvalume Roof
-   18’x10’x10’ front metal awning
-   R10 Fiberglass Insulation (roof and walls)
-   14’x14’ and 12’x12’ Insulated overhead metal garage doors
-   (7) 36”x60” Insulated Windows
-   (3) 36”x84” Steel Walk-in Doors

Is a soil test done on these structures? I saw it recommended on another Barndo channel.
