Wonderful!
Refreshing to see actual egg and bacon in the carbonara. So often folks call regular fettuccini 'carbonara'.
However, it needs more pepper. Very much more pepper. The name comes from the black specks of pepper all over the fettuccini!

I really love your channel and your greek recipes, but let me tell you that calling carbonara a dish where there is garlic powder, cream, bacon, basil and parsley carbonara is blasphemy. How would you react to a video where someone cooks a dish with layers of zucchini, carrots, ground chicken and curry calling it moussaka?

This is greek carbonara. Italian one IS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT. Please, focus on greek food and leave italian food to italian chef
