Oh boy we've been asking to bring population control bill. But with over 7 different prominent religions living in one country it's very difficult to bring the law. Some will call it religious discrimination cause one religion that cannot be named have their own civil laws that consider having more than 3 children kind of virtue. Also, who the hell would bath in cow urine? Never in my life have heard that. May be some tribe/sect have those practices who knows, but you cannot say some Indians would kill you if you go near them cause there is an island called sentinel with an isolated tribe who would kill you if you go near them and hence left alone.
