If digital assets are not real currency according to the IRS, why are they taxing crypto? If it’s not real, it shouldn’t be taxed. Just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

Also that doesn’t make any sense. The irs does not tax on unrealized gains. When you swap on currency for the next you did not gain any profit your money is still invested into the market. I think that can be fought in court. The problem is that we don’t have the money to fight that lol. We definitely need to come together to fight this before it’s a huge problem
