They asked about my wind report, had it done, said didn' t need pictures only the worded report back in Mar 23, sent it to them, they waited until 3 days before effective date of policy that it was URGENT to send color pictures of report to keep my premium down, called them to send FAX number so I could send then the whole report, msg was they were busy, how URGENT is that, starting to loose confidence in them before policy starts
