I dont know what to do, I think I need an advice.
So, I have the two italian mokas for the coffe, and a boiler (sugar and diabetic/hypocaloric sweeteners).

As for the traditional coffee, one cant really argue about the quality of the coffee done with the moka, which really beats the coffee machine with capsules.

Problem is the machine with capsules is kind of expected from an airbnb I feel, but it would be a mess! How many capsules do I offer? Of which kind? What if the machine breaks or stalls?

Thing is, Germans/Swiss and so on (french are more used to the moka I think) they often look for that.
The machine, apart being not so cheap, capsules included, could break and block.

Also the cleaning ladies could just steal the capsules, because they would be the ones to refill the stock of capsules offered to the guests (in italy, stealing is a thing, between cleaning ladies especially)

I dont know what to do, I could just simply offer the american coffee machine (the one that uses paper filters) so that people have:

-espresso coffee (moka, way better than capsules anyway)
-americano coffee
-boiler
-I also offer several tea types, and chamomille and things like that

I can also add one of those mixer things so that they can mix milk and prepare latte or something

Is the coffe capsule machine really that important in an airbnb?

Hi there!!! Loved loved this video as I am getting ready to launch a Cabin bnb in San Bernardino Mountains. I am working on my coffee bar now. With all of the variety, how do you stay ahead of your stock? For example, what if a family just wipes out the drawer and takes everything in it with them? Of everyone does that, would would have to replenish every product every turnover. How do you handle the cost? Where do you get the best prices on your pods, teas, etc? What brand of coffees and teas do you provide? Thank you so much!

I love the idea but we charge like $50 a night. You'll get a few selections of coffee and have sugar and creamer but let's face it I'm letting you drink $20 with coffee. If you want all that go to a hotel...oh yea they give you 2 k cups and 2 packs of sugar.

Accomodating many people should make you think of at least 2 different persons needs, thinking about yourself is not very helpful, dear host.
