'We don't have community transmission': Health Ministry on coronavirus

Health Ministry addressed media on coronavirus situation in the country. Joint Secretary of Union Health Ministry Lav Aggarwal said that mask is not always necessary, adding that there is no need to panic. "If we maintain effective social distance, mask is not needed," Aggarwal said. He further said, "We do not have any community transmission. We've only a few cases that have come from outside."
