6 years is about the average lifespan of most pop groups before they become old news. Take That have managed to bring the mold since their reunion in 2006 and sporned countless other band reunions with differing degrees of success.

There was also a lot more that lead to Robbie leaving than just Gary such as Robbie's mental health, his addictions and Take That's management wanting to control his life. Let's not forget that he became famous at 18 and was only 21 when he decided to leave the band.

Back in the 1970's Likely Lads partners James Bolam and Rodney Bewes had a huge fall out ... Over Bewes inadvertently mentioning James and his wife Susan Jameson where expecting a baby girl before a public announcement.. and the two never spoke again sadly..
