Seit oder vor? Which of these two german time preposition you need to use for: since for and ago? These English time prepositions can be quiet confusing sometimes. Not so in German! :) We only have two actually: Seit oder vor. Thanks for teaching us. I like the way you explain german grammar.
However one thing confused me a bit.,
"Er hat vor drei Jahren in Berlin gewohnt "
...and
"Anna hat 2 Jahre Deutsch gelernt"
Both sentences show us that those action are completed in the past and not going anymore.
But in the first case we use "vor", and in the second one "ohne preposition
What's the difference, , ?
