My experience with TAP Air Portugal... the worst customer service of my life

Hi everyone,

This is my experience with TAP Air Portugal. If you want to know why you should never fly with them, please watch the entire video. This all started when I asked about bringing my bike on board and I was given misinformation that led to a snowball effect of terrible events. Do not fly with them ever. They will rip you off.

TAP IS TERRIBLEEE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AT ALL. I'VE BEEN ON HOLD FOR A TOTAL OF 20+ HOURS. EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT PROTOCOL. SOMETIMES I WAIT FOR LIKE 1.5 HOURS ON HOLD AND SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO BASICALLY JUST SENDS ME TO A SURVEY OR EVEN WORSE, SOMETIMES IT JUST HANGS UP. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND PROVIDES ALL DIFFERENT TYPES OF INFORMATION.

They just dont care, and even with any public customer services, it is just dreadful, and they dont care at all.

I lost $500 to TAP because of the pandemic. Iberia refunded my full ticket but TAP refused and sent me a voucher that expired within 5 months before the pandemic was over. I will never fly with TAP.

tap is suck!!. i lost my bag and when i find after 3 days i find broken when i ask what happened? the representative talk to me and say me you need to make a complaint on the website 🤬🤬🤬 tap=💩

I’ve flown with TAP 4 times and I’ve only got great things to say about them tbh
