The US invented the TMSR at Oak Ridge but it turned its back on it because it didn't make fissible material for nuclear weapons. Now China, with help from Oak Ridge has picked up the baton and is running to finally make molten salt reactors reality. China has a 2mw TMSR running in the Gansu Desert since late 2023. China will start the design and manufacture of a 30mw reactor in 2025. Interesting also is that the Shanghai Jiangang shipyard is designing a large merchant ship using a TMSR. Could China's nuclear carrier also be powered by a TMSR?

I don't think China is ready to export this technology just now! Such technology has been secured through so many challenges and China had indeed sweated for its realization. May I suggest that since ASEAN has been trading with China peacefully all these years, China with her million-volts transmission standard, should for a start sell electricity power to ASEAN nations and this can be realistically be achieved rather fast; as this source of energy is said to be much much cheaper than the current sources of energy.
